I was thinking about opening a company in Rockaway, NJ area. What's the best way to find some potential managers?

if you wanna open a company in NOrth Jersey try places like Union City and North Bergen or anywhere with the Urban Enterprise Zone.

obviouslt what kind of company you plan on opening will have something to do with the area. Example a print shop would not thrive in farm areas liek a boat shop wont work in a desert. If you post what kind of company youre trying to open ill try to help you out with supply/demand stuff to th ebest of my knowledge. Thanks
i have lived in rockaway for about 10 years and i am young and have been through many adventures and journeys trying to find things. I think that there is plenty of potential in rockaway if youre bringing something new. it is a great area and there are plenty of consumers. only things are that we have a mall and walmarts, home depot, and other large bluechip competitors so if you are to succeed youneed something new or great great deals. I for one have my share of troubles finding things i need in my somewhat obscure activities. Please let me know what happens and good luck

you will have no problem finding a manager, just put up some ads, sorry my post didnt originally adress that, i was just responding to the comment about the urban enterprise zone. There are plenty of competent people as well as plenty of well educated motivated high school students who will work.
