Default Southfield appears great

I am selling my home in Monroe Twp and buying at Southfield Estates in Monroe Twp and thus far they have been great with incentives and co operation. One more incentive from them and I will sign. Their houses run from 600-810 plus probably at least 100 in upgrades but the homes are beautiful and constructed the best out of all local builders. Email me and I'll send the specifics on my 3000' home on .68 acres for $625.....

How were you able to get them to give you 100K in upgrades?
What model did you get?

Do they still have lots available? The development is almost sold out. Here are some of the facts that I am aware of-

1. The section of development on Hanaah Ct is near NJ State Home for boys, which is a juvenile prison of sorts. It has been there for over a 100yrs and I don't think there have been any incidents. But it does impact the price/ resale value of homes near the state home.

2. Traffic tends to get backed up at the intersection of Forsgate Drive and Buckelew Ave (near train tracks). So, you will need a few extra minutes in the morning.

3. Back in 2011/2012, when home prices in Monroe were not as crazy as they are today, the builder was offering the entire list of options FREE. I doubt that is the case today.

Other than that, Primrose Acres is a good development. Hope this helps, best of luck.
