I have a friend who is interested in moving to the Mathew G. Carter Apartment Complex in Montclair, NJ. We are very concerned whether this is a high crime area and the safety of the complex in general.
We visited the site and it seems pretty decent but we are not from the Montclair area, so we do not know.
Can you please let me know whether this would be a wise move or should my friend look elsewhere? She has a low income so there are not many choices.
