Hypothetically, if a person had to choose between the following apartments on this list, which would you recommend?

574 BERGEN AVE.

214-220 DUNCAN AVE.

303-307 PACIFIC AVE.

How about now:

52 NEWKIRK ST.

Hypothetically, let's say you worked in The Heights and liked to hang out in the Downtown area.

Also, would you rather pay x amount of $ for a one bedroom apartment in a not so good part of town, or the same amount of money in a studio in a better part of town?

52 Newkirk, though not paradise, is the best location of the four. Certainly less shooty-shooty-stabby-stabby than the others.

If the choice is a studio on Newkirk versus a 1-bedroom on Pacific or way the heck down Bergen, I'd take the studio on Newkirk. Newkirk is closest to the PATH and closest to the Heights.
