I'm curious what everyone thinks about this. It's supposed to be a 50-mile loop of a biking/walking trail on both the PA and NJ sides of the Delware from Philly up to Morrisville then over to NJ (Trenton) and down to Camden.

I haven't been able to find the total estimated cost for this project in either PA or NJ but I've found a lot of incidental costs that are usually in the DOT budget for studies or signage. So far, the totals look to be about $9 million (between PA and NJ) and most of the trail hasn't even been built.
