Thanks. We have since added a baby boy to the mix. My daughter is now two and my son is 5 months. The trick now is trying to balance two kids with all the house work. I definitely have a lot of respect for anyone that stays home with kids. It's not as easy as one might think, but it's definitely the most fun.

It's funny, when my wife tells one of her elderly patients I'm a SAHD. They always follow up with, "And you're okay with that?" or "Is there something wrong with him?"

Just clarifying. I am vehemently opposed to offshoring and have stated so on these forums, so didn't want anyone to think I was speaking out of both sides of my mouth. Before I joined the company I did not know what outsourcing was.
