Just drove down Rte 130 from Hamilton to Hightstown and noticed this brand new community in Robbinsville
Springside at Robbinsville | Sharbell

Never noticed it before but the prices seem to be with in your range and you will get a brand new house.

I would recommend looking west and north of Princeton (along Rt 206). Areas east of Princeton (Monroe, West Windsor, Plainsboro, Robbinsville, South Brusnwick) are more expensive. Travelling from Rt 130 (East Windsor Area) to Princeton will take 45min on a good day, more like an hour on an average day. Rt 571 is very crowded in the morning, especially Rt 1 crossing area.

Thanks, I just called them. They do have a few 4 bedrooms available. Will check them out.

Also, how is the area beyond Monroe ? Marlboro and Freehold looks good from a school district perspective. I have not been to that area, will probably drive around to get a feel. Anything I need to keep in mind if I am looking for a house in that area ?
