I see stupid generalizations and racist stereotypes from white people litter this forum over and over and over again. Please add them all here.

1. "Camden, Camden Camden." What in the **** does Camden, which is 15 min away from Philly...all the way Southwest of the largest population centers of north NJ have to do with 95% of the questions about finding residence here on the NJ forum? How many people on this forum live in Camden. How many people in Camden even have internet access? How many people in Camden even commute to NYC daily?

2. White peoples stereotypes of what Hudson County was 20 years ago when they all ran with their tails between their legs to the suburbs. DOWNTOWN Jersey City is the murder capital of the world to most people here... Sounds like jealousy as they missed out on a real estate boom.

3. "Minorities are horrible." Go look at what the various Asian American communities (Arabs, Indians, Chinese) have done to bring industries all across to NJ. Goldman Sachs isn't HQ'd in downtown JC for a reason. Jersey City now has more H1B visas, genius visa settle here than ANY OTHER CITY in the nation.

The best public schools are in some what have been historically, some of the poorest school districts, of the past 20 years in Hudson County, Edison etc. Then go look at what all the white dominated state, local bureacracies have done to this states and finances, horrible disrespect to homeowners by allowing developers and private interests into public life.

I see horrible stereotypes of the many redeeming qualities of this state being stereotyped away on this forum, over and over again. Not only are they false, and not factual, they often result in a poor expereince of this subforum and newer residents of NJ

And we're always accused of being the crazed serial killers, too. Well let's be realistic here. EVERYONE, no matter what race they are, secretly wishes they knew what human flesh tastes like.

1. I only see Camden mentioned when people ask about bad areas or blighted cities. It is hardly a daily topic of conversation. And when it is discussed, what's so wrong with discussion thinking of ways to improve it? It clearly needs improving, regardless of how close it is to Philly or how far it is from the NJ center of population of how few NYC commuters it has or how many CD posters live in Camden or how much internet access they have in Camden ( it's not a third world country)... what, it's not popular so we can ignore it? It's off limits for discussion?

2. A lot of people recommend Jersey City and outside of a few people who still think it's all bad, we know how much it has improved and grown in the past couple decades. People frequently recommend Jersey City to newcomers if it seems it would fit their lifestyle. It's easily the most recommended NJ city here.

3. This is a total lie. Who says minorities are horrible? People frequently ask about moving to a diverse area in NJ or a specific area with a high Indian population or something and people answer with their suggestions. I don't think I've ever seen someone (who's not trolling!) say something like "minorities are horrible" (your quote). Come on.

Seems to me the best public schools are often in wealthier towns.

Seems you're the one with race on your mind - the things you've said about white people. "White people's stereotypes of what Hudson County was..." "Go look at what all the white dominated state, local bureacracies have done to this states and finances, horrible disrespect to homeowners by allowing developers and private interests into public life." Can't forget your opening statement: "I see stupid generalizations and racist stereotypes from white people litter this forum over and over and over again."

Ok.

H-1B is not a genius visa. That would be O-1 or EB-1.

Most of us **** on Newark as our toilet of choice, not Camden or Jersey City. East Orange and Irvington also get their share.

And Captain... doesn't everyone?

Camden, Camden, Camden eats up a lot of tax payer dollars.

Is one of the top 10 worst/most violent cities to live in.

In what other way do you see Camden being discussed other than for what it ACTUALLY is? You don't.

Ran with their tails between their legs to the suburbs? From whom? Those who ended up in Camden?

No one is jealous about missing out on getting a beat down/shot at/robbed….just incase JC would become gentrified one day. Still hasn't unless you can afford a view of the water.

Get off your racist driven high horse.

No one has ever said on this CD sub forum what you are pulling out of your behind and claiming.

You have issues.

Knock it off.

Add to, in an intellectual way, as opposed to a defiant way (isn't that how your friends end up in jail? Defiant without reason?), how you will change it all.

And grow up, while you're at it.
