Hi ~ Buying a home in Cliffwood Beach, just off Rte 35N, Shore Concourse (the "wet side", they told me). Would love to hear some info on the neighborhood, what's happening with the waterfront in Cliffwood as well as Keyport, the area around and the big piece of land that has an Open Space Project sign on it (off of Cliffwood Ave). I hear mixed things about the area but the house and neighborhood seem very nice with regular working folks. Any input appreciated... Thanks a lot

it's a lower middleclass blue color area, no real flaws there is a lot of low class minorities on the dry side of 35

Stay away.

Avoid anywhere near county road. Not a good area with plenty over low to lower class households.

Move a little further down 35 to hazlet or a little south to old bridge or Aberdeen.

Cliffwood is part of Aberdeen twp and just "north" is Laurence Harbor which is part of Old Bridge.
