I live in bergen county nj and I am looking for non homonogized milk (cream floats to the top). I know that new jersey bans the sell of raw milk (not pasteurized or homonogized) but don't know if they mandate homonogization. The milk I am looking for can be pasteurized (don't want ultra) but not homonogized. Does anyone know where I can find such milk around this area of NJ?
I'm sure you can harness the power of the interwebs to determine that information. If that doesn't work you can always make a phone call.
