Hello,

Has anyone had the pleasure (or displeasure) of renting an apartment at Raritan Crossings in New Brunswick? I drove through the apartment complex and to be honest, I was a little hesitant seeing how “messy” the exterior of the buildings were on my driving tour despite reading generally positive reviews of the place.

How is the parking situation at this complex late at night (1-2 am)?
What’s the general vibe of the residents who live there?
Are there any known mold, bedbugs, pest, rodent, bug problems that is multiple residents have reported?

Are there any other comparable apartment complexes within a 30 mile radius?

Some Background

2 People
1 Small Dog
Budget: 1100-1300 + Utilities

Desires
- Lots of Parking
- Safe Neighborhood

Thanks
