Why would they not? Most restaurants serve salad. Even fast food places. I love me some Greek salad, and where better to get it than a diner?

I have to say I'm with you here. No matter the time of day, 90% of the time when I go to a diner I'm ordering pancakes or waffles with a side of taylor ham!

I understand but to let you know took my mom to a diner a few years back for lunch and she orders a "Chefs salad"
.....the thing was a monster and it was awesome ,just throwing it out there .

I don't eat any of those. If I go for breakfast, I will get a cheese omelet. For other meals, whatever I'm in the mood for. One diner near me makes a killer tuna melt!
