If I have zone permit then can I park my car on 2 hours metered slot for free until street cleaning schedule timing?

Please confirm as these sings are confusing and I have already paid for zone permit so I am not sure if I need to still insert coin on metered slot?

Please see the attached image for your reference and let me know.

The sign means that you can park there for longer than two hours as long as you have a zone 2 permit. Even if you have a zone 2 permit, you must move your car for street cleaning between 3-5 on Tuesdays and Fridays. As far as I know, you must feed the meters in your zone even if you have a zone permit. If you have to park at a meter in your zone you still have to pay the meter.

MR77 is right. Your zone permit allows you to park on streets in your zone. You only need to move for street cleaning at the times specified. If there is a parking meter, you must pay the meter during the times specified.
