FYI, There's another open house for the bloomfield developments by the Watsessing Train station this Saturday, July 18th. The model unit is in the willow manor building.

Do you guys think this development is more or less just good for renters in downtown Bloomfield? Like is Bloomfield getting better as a place to buy? Unlikely I would go there but it is a potential option.

I think that NYC is growing and I expect it to keep growing. Around Watsesing Park and that "Bloomfield" train station, there is an island with Manhattan crowd while 2 blocks in any direction Bloomfield starts

Buy in Bloomfield in a walking distance to train, expecting to rent it out and price to go up over the years... Since Bloomfield's public schools do not have the rating for permanent settlement.

The next question is if this is the best option for investment
