Do you have to store until county hazardous material days, or are there other places to bring these to dispose more regularly?
I think a lot of the big chain tire and oil change shops take it like Wal-Mart, Costco, Sears, NTB, etc... Hunterdon County does their hazardous waste days quarterly so I just fill up 5 gallon spackle buckets and snap the lids back on when they're full. Inevitably I end up missing one so I have to store 6 months of oil instead of three, which adds up with three cars plus equipment.
You could just ask at the regular gas station where you usually fill up and see if they will take it. I know there is a Delta gas station in Montclair that I go to regularly and they have a sign posted in the window that says they will accept oil. Not sure about antifreeze.
You can also cheat and mix it together. Used oil mostly gets burned at asphalt plants and cement kilns that can easily deal with the liquid content and the fact that there is already heavy metal content (bearing material, etc...) in the oil.
