I was pretty sure most districts have GT programs. Millburn is on the Mid-town direct line and they definitely do. Summit and Madison are also on the Mid-town direct and have some form of GT although I'm not sure of the programs.

This should be a place for you to start. I suggest calling the individual districts to find out about their programs because I'm sure you have specific questions. Millburn & Summit are among the best districts in the state.
