Cambridge heights in Ramsey, Bergen County is a very very nice upscale Townhouse community and is gated.

Beau Ridge is a gated community in Holmdel. It's not an active adult community and has clusters of individual (I think they're called "patio homes") houses set up in clusters of 3 - 5 units. They're pretty large - around 3000 square feet plus/minus and not cheap. I think they're in the $700K - $1MM range.
