Hi all, young family of four house hunting. Considering several areas, Interlaken being one of them. Have some questions and hoping to gain insight:
1. Send/Receive with West Long Branch Schools - good experience so far? how long does this contract last before the town has to renew it?
2. Other families in town - is there a sense of community? are folks friendly? do young families get together? kids play together?
3. Anyone know if this is becoming more of a vacation home type town? folks from NY buying homes, leaving them vacant most of the year, etc...? Doesn't seem like this is happening here (happening in Loch Arbour, Allenhurst, etc...)
Any insight (good, bad) is greatly appreciated.
