Are there alternative newspapers here in New Jersey, the kind that focus on local events and listings, particularly for younger and/or single people? Similar to Boston's Phoenix, Vermont's Seven Days, Cleveland's Scene. (Sorry, I only know the ones in the cities I've lived in!)

For Mercer County area (Princeton) there's US1.

Try "stepping out". Especially the last 5-6 pages.
