I never new what "Fat sandwich" is. Newark Rutgers also has "fat sandwiches" on the menu. I get lamb over salad, still trying to figure out what their "white souse" is made of

In the old days we used to drive down to those trucks (like 30 min) to pickup chicks.

Clearly, it must be made from the body of a Caucasian Alcoholic.

Probably mayonnaise. Or some type of salad dressing. Can't imagine what else it would be.

I miss those sandwiches.

I'll tell ya, I was excited when I went to try the fat sandwiches at Rutgers a few years ago. It was disappointing. A dry and fairly tasteless pile of goo IMHO. There's a place on Easton Ave called "Knights" Deli or something like that. Right down the street from St Pete's Hosp. They make these huge breakfast wraps that are awesome. Eggs, pork roll, bacon, peppers, whatever you want stuffed into a wrap piping hot. Big and tasty gut bomb.
