Looking at their demand at recently completed wood-ridge , where the school sucks, no stores or daycares around--- the houses still topped 600k and it was not all south asians who bought.
Except for the train station there was nothibg much over there...
So comparitively --- new constructions in north brunswick, costco and target at walking distance , potential train station and a new mall at walkable distance is not that bad???
Agree we can all get nice single family house at same price but this community seems to be hot looking at the demand

I am surprised, I went to their VIP session, the hall was full with 500+ investors/buyers but later at 3.30 pm I went to the trailer where they were booking, I found barely couple of families there.
Not sure how you define people are buying up like crazy. Can you pl share some data if you know. Thx

I think these are great choice for young couple without kids, and not thinking about having for long time. These TH are 4 storied !!

They were only giving appointment based bookings
Around 100+ people were waiting for appointment
The ones on that very weekend on saturday/sunday were only about 15--20 appointments

Anyone move into these?
Opinions of the area? Are they going to put up trees to separate the townhouses from the surrounding?

I'm not looking to buy but I'd consider renting in the area.

Given the Train station is on hold, unfortunately that benefit goes away.

How is the noise insulation from the passing trains?
