So comparitively --- new constructions in north brunswick, costco and target at walking distance , potential train station and a new mall at walkable distance is not that bad???
Agree we can all get nice single family house at same price but this community seems to be hot looking at the demand

I am surprised, I went to their VIP session, the hall was full with 500+ investors/buyers but later at 3.30 pm I went to the trailer where they were booking, I found barely couple of families there.
Not sure how you define people are buying up like crazy. Can you pl share some data if you know. Thx
I think these are great choice for young couple without kids, and not thinking about having for long time. These TH are 4 storied !!
