Are you talking about Russian of eastern orthodox, or Russian of jewish descent?

It's a town of 38,000 or so people about 12 miles west of New York City, in Bergen County.

According to this site Cities with the Highest Percentage of Russians in New Jersey | Zip Atlas , Fairlawn is #3 on the list of NJ towns with the highest percentage of Russians, and the town with the highest percentage of all is...believe it or not...Millburn!
