Never had a problem with NJM Homeowner's as far as fixes, etc - but our house is only 16 years old. To my knowledge they have never done a "drive by". They reimbursed me for a stolen diamond ring when I didn't have a separate rider. They are tops.
Yikes.....I sure HOPE that NJM doesn't do drive bys to check ongoing maintenance of homes!
We are not meticulous homeowners, though we do address safety issues.
Our house is a re-muddled, added on over the years 150 year old+ home....So many opportunities for anyone to find some "imperfections". But we love the old thing!
