The problem also lies with the US healthcare system. Why admit someone who you know is not going to pay? Make people pay upfront (either in full or a fraction of total estimated cost) before providing any medical care.
I believe there is probably some law that requires hospitals to provide care regardless of person's ability to pay. Close that loophole and things will be much better.
While Reagan signed the bill, the law was enacted by Congress but that was back when democrats and Republicans worked together to find common ground and actually solve problems.

Yup!
Those days are...long gone...
To his credit, Ronnie Ray-Gun held a tete-a-tete over cocktails most afternoons with Tip O'Neill, the Democratic Speaker of the House, and in this way, they were able to accomplish many things through intelligent compromise. Nowadays, the opposition party refuses to consider anything that is proposed by the sitting president.
In 2009, Miss McConnell stated that the job of his party was to make sure that nothing proposed by the POTUS would even get to the floor of the Senate, and he has...mostly...been successful with that obstructionist approach.
I try to be sensitive to people's political affiliations but I have to say, I don't see how people listen to Trump speak and actually believe he's going to "fix" anything.

I have listened to all 3 and believe Hillary has the least to offer.

She was 31 weeks when she came here but I thought generally women aren't supposed to fly even before that. She was here for 4-5 weeks already on an apparent vacation at the time she gave birth. I'd love to take a 5 week vacation...
