Hi there. Looking at homes in Washington Square, but unfamiliar with this section of Hamilton. What's the safety like knowing there's a correctional facility not too far away? Also, homes in this neighborhood seem to take a long time to sell. Any idea why (is it due to crime)?

I work near that area in Hamilton and don't know why homes take long to sell. It is a well kept area that sends its kids to the schools that are rated highest in the district.
Never worried about crime there.
