We are NJ based 1st time home buyers shopping for mortgage. Zillow Mortgage shows "American Federal Mortgage Corp" and "Home Point Financial" as 2 local lenders that are offering some of the lowest rates with seemingly decent reviews? Can anyone post their experiences with either lender (both negative and positive experiences are welcome!)? Or recommend one over the other?
