There are some extraordinarily cheap coops near the intersection of Inwood Terrace & Plateau Ave in Fort Lee. What gives? Is this the "bad" area of town?

There's no real "bad" area of Fort Lee - I think the coops by Inwood Terrace are garden apartments and somewhat older vs other places in town. Never been inside though, so they could be rundown but they look fine outside. Close to the community center, grocery stores, plenty of buses to midtown NYC or GWB and everyone walks/runs up and down Abbott Blvd the next block over - it's a nice area.
