Have sold this home, finally to a wonderful, happy family.
Asked $335K received $307...
Last request from buyers, " could all the interior doorknobs be replaced"?
(Apparently, doorknobs were reflective and gave off bad karma...)?!

This home has brand new roof, furnace, windows, floors, kitchen, electrical,
plumbing.
Doorknobs, not a problem, buyers, hope you have a happy life within this home.

Very happy for you, how long was it on the market? Replacing doorknobs wouldnt bother me one iota, LOL. Where are you headed?

I don't get it- you mean they wanted YOU to change them? why couldn't they change their own freakin knobs when they moved in?

I would have just told them yes- you can change anything you want when you get the keys.

exit82,
Yes, they asked that we change the doorknobs, we're guessing they were searching lower rates, but
still were happy they continued with the sale.
Way, to many available homes for sale, guess we gave the old home the "Mc-touch"

Haha

Congrats on the sale. Door Knobs no problem, but they sure do sound strange.
