Just came to know about this recent news of Roche campus being converted into med school and eventual transfer of Seton Hall's other related schools as well..if and once they get the med license ...
should be a good news for the towns considering Roche was a big tax paying corporate and while the new entities are not for profit, they will pay some taxes...
Anyone else sees any other benefits to the local community and real estate/rent prices? I am assuming there will be school housing but there must be some increase by non students or students who can't afford school housing..
Can it also impact these towns school rating in few years ?
and to sum it up - does it make for a good investment or is it too soon / late already? Thanks.
