Hi!

We are relocating to Hamilton, NJ in Mercer Cty. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good home inspector in the area? Thank you!

Noone specific, but I would recommend starting at ASHI.org - these are the guys who are inspectors, and not contractors looking for work by way of home inspections. You'll find much more reputable people this way.

Good luck

Call Jason from Homespect. We used him recently for the purchase of our townhouse, and I cant say enough good things about him. Hes a very nice person who is always willing to take the time out of his day to answer your questions. His inspection and report were the most thorough I have ever witnessed. Highly Recommended Good Luck

by the time the city inspector is done giving the seller his violations for the for sale CO inspection there wont be anything left for a home inspector to find, as hamilton city inspections are so brutal to the point of turning off buyers
