I currently live in Williamstown. I would like to rent or buy a small home in the Williamstown/Sicklerville vicinity. I am currently in an apartment and cannot continue to live here as the construction is poor and I can hear my neighbors 24/7. I pay entirely too much in rent to continue dealing with this.
I came across a few homes located on Andrea Ct. in Sicklerville. My concern is living in a townhome that may lack sound proofing. I have lived in apartments that were well constructed (rarely heard a neighbor). I have lived in other apartments/townhouses where there seemed to be little in terms of sound proofing.
Wondering if anyone knows anything about the Blenheim Subdivision (on Andrea Ct.)? It appears to be a nice neighborhood from the realty website. Again, my concern is being connected to a neighbor in a home that is not well constructed in the sound area.
If you can suggest any townhomes/apartments that are built in a solid manner I would really appreciate it.
