is it in a flood zone or a risk for hurricanes? how bad was it after sandy?

it was only bad in the "ortley beach" section, and along the bay.

ortley beach was pretty much destroyed, but 4 years later looks ok, the only thing they need
to do something with the beach or lack of, or it will happen again.
