I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I'm searching for a house to rent or a house to Rent To Own in Middle or the surrounding areas of Middletown. I'm becoming quite frustrated with my search. If anyone can offer some insight or tips or just something might be useful to me I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance

Middletown is huge and there are many houses for rent, I'm sure. But no one can help you without some kind of information as to your budget and your needs.

Will a small 3-bedroom cape in Port Monmouth do, or are you looking to live next door to Bon Jovi in Navesink? Do schools matter? Do you need access to public transportation?

There is a sticky at the top of the page with questions for people looking for housing in NJ.

@MightyQueen , Thank you for responding. A small three cape is more my speed as I'm trying not to exceed $1,200.00/ if it's at all possible. I don't need access to public transportation since I have a vehicle and I no longer need to concern myself with school systems since my kids have graduated already, although college is on the agenda. I didn't realize Bon Jovi lives in Navesink. I appreciate your input and your help with how to navigate the site
I'm not sure exactly where the sticky is? Is it on the right on left or middle? Sorry , long day.
Thank you for your help

It is found at the top of the page. I copied the link.

Now, you are aware, I am sure, that $1200 is very low rent even for a 2 BR apartment, let alone a single-family house. You will likely have to find a way to increase your rent somewhat.

I did a quick search on Realtor, and you might want to look further, that turned up a couple of places in Keyport and Union Beach. Those towns tend to have small homes.
