We will be purchasing a new home in Marlboro and wanted to see if anyone has a real estate attorney that they recommend. My agent has a recommendation but I wanted and independent person instead of someone that might have a conflict.

I can recommend one in Middlesex County. His name is Steven Sico and he's in Woodbridge.
Hope this helps. Good luck and congratulations!

Default Charles Brodsky from Marlboro Township but...

His firm is I think Brodsky and Brodsky , found address 2 Buck Ln in Marlboro Township. You may google it. I think one of real estate agents gave me their business card on some meeting or class since I try to work as RE sales part time myself and talk to people. I used Mr.Walentowicz when bought a house several years ago and was very happy but he is in Clifton NJ. Distance is not that important IMO but still it may play a role for ppl but if it is not an issue I would recommend Henry Walentowicz. He helped tons of people from my area and was recommended by Polish Credit Union to us.

ROFL, don't you love the name?

Iranian-Italian American, as I recall, and I think the last name is actually the Iranian part.
