Which city is better for a family to move. Atlantic city or jersey city? (Newark: condo, safe)

Im sure there are decent pockets that are good in AC, but boy is there a serious drug problem. Never seen so many Zombies.

Atlantic City has some really nice condo buildings honestly... very safe w. doormen... only on Boardwalk though
