A house sold in my neighborhood last week, above listing price, and there were 5 offers. Not bad! Hang in there Roselvr!

Well that's encouraging! Would be nice to hear buyers are actually buying again.
One never knows what tomorrow will bring, interest can go back up, people may be kicking themselves if they pass up "the house"
