What are some main streets or areas with amenities (shops, restaurants, recreation centers/gyms, parks) to explore to get a feel of the following towns: Westwood, Oradell, Glen Rock, River Edge?

Google the Starbucks in each town. Park there and walk around.

Just zoom in on google maps. The yellow squares are commercial businesses, so it's easy to see any commerce centers. Westwood is Westwood Ave (and surrounds), Glen Rock, try the Rock Rd and Glen Ave junction and surrounding area.

I'm not as familiar with River Edge and Oradell, but just driving through them it seems like Kinderkamack Rd. is where most of their stores are.
