Jackalope, you should move down south or out west. You can get a 10,000 square foot home on 12 acres for less than $125k. Plus, property taxes are only about $100 a year because everyone out there is a sovereign citizen who isn't the victim of confiscatory government tyranny. All the families are traditional nucular units where the husband goes to work carrying a briefcase and wearing wingtips and a fedora, and the wife knows her place and stays home to vacuum and dust in heels and pearls, and also to provide indispensable 24/7 supervision, tender love & care, hugs & kisses, and milk & fresh oven-baked cookies for the kids. Not to mention, a home school education so that they are not brainwashed by liberal PC culture, and also so that nobody has to pay extra taxes for a useless and parasitic school system. If you want to raise kids who are truly critical thinkers and intelligent, you have to teach them yourself using non fake news internet facts, and also maybe classroom ideas from Pinterest. Do you want to raise a brainwashed test jockey? Or do you want to raise an independent thinker who is smart enough to know that climate change is a hoax?
Also, people are a lot more tolerant and polite in the south and out west. Good luck being a transgender lesbian vegan single dad in NJ. This state is very intolerant because of the dems. Plus, no one is allowed to have any guns here so it's really unsafe even in nice suburbs. How many police forces do we have in NJ? 565? We probably need more to stay safe (especially from illegals) if dems want to take away all our guns. Think about it. But if you stay in NJ, you should get used to Starbucks instead of craft brews because that's what snowflakes drink, so get used to it!
