The type of people who live in summit, is the following: works in some small hedgefund, or small investment bank, generally married by age 40, has 1 kid at age 42, the kid goes off to a private or boarding school, the wife has a Mercedes, husband has a BMW x5, they have a 1,400 sqft house purchased for $950k. Wife gets nails and hair done every 2 weeks, husband goes to a steak house in town every 2 weeks. If the have kids under 10 most likely have an aupair from Germany or Austria. The downtown has a few nail salon, steakhouse and a boutique restaurant for the occasional night out for dinner.
I would say this is ridiculous but this describes the one summit family i know to a T!

At no time did I say they don't exist but to classify the entire town that way is wrong.Last I heard Summit had a pretty good High School and school system in general so I'm sure not all kids go to "privet school".
There's a bigger Kings and a Shoprite right across the border in Springfield, but yeah, not much in Summit.
Yup...navigating Morris Turnpike and getting in and out of that Shop Rite is such a headache. It is surprising there aren't more grocery options right in Summit.
So , still no explanation of why children in Summit should go to a privet school?
Would anyone else like to step in and explain things to this person?
