From the house I posted you could go right to the end of the street to the greenway pedal for about 10 minutes and be at the new whole foods without ever crossing a street.

You could also pedal 8 minutes get off at green street pedal 3 more minutes and be at the Metuchen train station.

Pedal time may vary.

Metuchen to NYC 310 monthly
To Newark 210 monthly

Nice house and awesome price. Lots of amenities. The library is close. Why is it so cheap?

I think there are a lot of houses under 300 in that area. It maybe a small lot. I didn't look too close at the listing. It a nice working class neighborhood.
