Yeah l know, not comparing it's impossible,so many other differences and factors. We were just talking about it at home though and l was interested .

I looked into it out of curiosity as well, it seems like nobody really pays much property tax on their first home but if you own a second you do.

Australia seems to have a lot of decent ideas in the way you're doing things, good on ya, keep it up.
