This place is worse than Hell ! DO NOT MOVE HERE. !!!! They have Zero security, the police are here almost weekly.
The new owners Panco and their inept property manager turned a once beautiful community into a slum and they rent to thugs and low life's.
To call this a "gated community" is a joke. The security booth has been empty for more than two years.
Packages that are delivered to the mail room are CONSTANTLY stolen - on a daily basis, residents post about missing packages and put fliers around the building for missing packages; etc.
The common hallways are also full of pet feces and urine and the smell is unbearable.
The trash room is always full and residents leave trash in the hallways.
The management hardly cleans and does not care.
This place is unsafe. I was told that someone was murdered by a maintenance worker here.
The air conditioning in the common areas of the building have been broken and management does not repair anything. The temperature in the building reaches almost 100°.
The residents are always complaining and management just does not care. Management does Zero ZERO !!!!
In the elevators there is always animal feces and urine for days at a time , no one cleans it.
There has been graffiti in the elevator, residents complained about vomit on the elevator floor!
The only reason to live at the Point at Fort Lee is because HELL IS FULL!!
This place is a slum and runs the building as if it was a Tenement.
Btw, if you move out and try to get your security deposit back. You will have to sue them before you will see it again.
