Toms River, NJ Drug bust? Fake or True (stations, brick)

There is a story going around about a guy named Gary Fox who was caught with alot of folds or bricks of heroin. Many think the story is fake. Im having a hard time finding the story on local fox, nbc, abc stations. How can a story like this not be featured on local news?
