Its funny that people are discussing leaving the state over this, when without immigration (legal and illegal) NJ would experiencing negative growth. Therefore, its perfectly logic for a candidate to be for this position.

Let them leave, anyone who would cooperate with the thugs at ICE should be as far from NJ as possible.

Not to mention all the state and local income taxes that they pay and get no services for...

Oh hell. I love how these guys come in and impose what THEY want. And this isn't even top priority in NJ, he shouldn't be saying this. Giving illegals some protected status should be last on our priority list with all we have going on. Politicians are out of touch.

They're very in touch. That's how they keep getting voted in. Repeatedly.

According to the IRS, money is leaving this state. I posted a link to that some time ago.

Are you saying that by NJ becoming a sanctuary state the people that come here illegally are bringing something positive to the table?

If so, what?

I have to admit however, an abundance of cheap, skilled labor is always nicer than having to hire someone that's on the record or wants to paid union wages.

I do have to give you that.

The negative growth is attributed to immigration or migration of certain race when they are pushed out of the food chain.
