Kim Guadagno is another NJGOP "moderate" Republican who ran a lousy campaign that didn't fully expose Phil Murphy for the con-artist he is. She ran on affordability, then became obsessed with illegal immigration during the final month or two of the campaign. But is Kim better than Phil? You bet.
