Well the dishes are done and the company gone I turned on the computer finishing up my last Dab beer, flossing, farting and burping, I figured I'd ask everyone what was on the menu at their house. We had a sliced Hormel ham, glazed with pineapples, shrimp cocktail, scallops wrapped with bacon, tomato w/fresh mozz. salad, fresh spinach, baked potatos and 2 bottles of wine. Hiccup Next. Tomorrow back to reality the alarm goes off at 0430.

Ouch! That's an early start! Tried to have dinner at Mastoris in I guess it's Bordentown, it was packed. They recommended we go to the sports restaurant located right in the same parking lot (Assuming same owner) and it was not great. Yours sounds a lot better. Enjoy the down time.

Sure sounded good there at the Jerseyman estate, i took my dad and kids and headed to south florida for a couple of days for easter. If you ever go down to miami, eat at Los Rancho's, they make the best steaks i ever had. Was really nice to have some good wine with a good steak and sitting outside. Not to bad,78 at dinner time. It was worth it. Hope everyone's was also special.

We forgot to get the ham started earlier. So we all picked at other things. The kids sneaked candy all day and they're still shaking and itching...lol. I had two liverwurst sandwiches and some Easter candy. Oh well, there's no law on what to eat...yet.

The ham just got done so, I'll be taking ham sandwiches to work this week as thanks to this economy, I don't eat out anymore.

A friend on my Oklahoma forum suggested a place for us to eat out since we're still unpacking boxes, and I just didn't feel up to cooking a holiday meal. The place is called the Golden Corral. They served a buffet with every type of salad, several soups, meat, potato, vegetable and dessert you could think of, including steak. It was really great, and only $9.49 per person. There was no wait and everything was good.

Made for a nice relaxing day. Tomorrow, we're back to unpacking. Hope everyone had a nice Easter.
