Hi everyone,
My husbands job is moving us back to NJ. I have 2 boys, one will start highschool and the other will be starting middle school when we move. I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with the high schools or middle schools in any of these areas. I would love to get your opinions. Thank you in advance.

We are in Jackson and our experience was a good one.

My D took all honor classes and she applied to 8 colleges was accepted at all of them and was prepared when she attended

Her group of friends from high school are all doing well in their careers

Howell, Freehold and Farmingdale would give your younger son a shot at the monmouth county academies. If you child is STEM inclined or gifted it maybe a something to consider. Even if they are not all three towns are part of the freedhold regional school district. They also have several in house academies. Even the public schools are good schools, depending on where you are coming from they might even be considered "great" by comparison.
