I think it is fair to say that this guy has a few screws loose. And, if his attorney enters a Not-Guilty plea, DNA testing should easily yield a conviction for the prosecutor. He should just plead guilty, and leave the educational field until such time as his antisocial/mental health issues have been remediated... if ever.

seems like the guy exercises there and figured it would be easier to just drop a deuce there than finding a bathroom. it doesnt specify where he did it, if it was near the woods (if there are woods) thats different than right there on the field.

he cant really plead guilty because they charged him with lewdness. i think that is ridiculous and punitively probably gives this guy some kind of sexual crime accusation. what he did may have been nasty but not a sex crime.

But, the article didn't mention...
Face-eating/cannibalism
Methamphetamine addiction
Flakka addiction
Sinkholes
Alligators
Burmese Pythons
Killer humidity
Giant flying cockroaches

Without those other everyday aspects of modern-day life in Florida, it just wouldn't be a "normal" day.

More than likely charged with NJ 2C:14-4(a), which is a disorderly persons charge.
