Hi Everyone!

I am considering moving further south into NJ. (I've stayed in Monmouth County a while back and enjoyed it, but i currently don't have a car) But I am open to what makes sense:

Where are you coming from? Jersey City
Why are you moving? Want to be in a quieter area, closer to the beaches (via train)
Where will you be working ? If NYC, what part of NYC? my work schedule has me all over the tristate area. as long as I am near a train station, I will be good.

Will you buy or rent? rent
What is your budget ? $1100-$1300
What kind of place are you looking for ? looking for an apartment, would like some sort of outdoor space (terrace, patio, small yard, etc)

Will anyone (spouse, children, pets) be moving with you ? No just me
Do you need/want good public schools? No i dont have kids nor will be having any

Briefly describe the kind of neighborhood you'd like to live in
(examples: families with young children, young, mature, artsy, diverse, safe, close-knit, block parties, etc)

I am mostly looking to have some of my own outdoor space in a quieter area. I dont currently drive but will be learning soon. Looking for a some what walk able neighborhood, with train access. Im 35. I dont party or go out much.

List three things that are important to you in order of importance.(examples: nightlife, outdoor activities, rural/urban, safety, downtown area, charming, new construction, proximity to XYZ, family oriented, easy parking, short commute, etc)
