I drove by it today. Didn't have much time to look without getting myself into a collision, but what I saw was not encouraging. :'(

More than a year later, the planning board has approved a plan for the redevelopment of the property. Again. Hmmmm. Was it sold in between? Anyway I hope the rehabilitation of this stunning site is actually getting under way now. Looked like one wing was getting into serious exterior restoration yesterday when I drove by.
